About
Life hasn’t always been this way and the life I have created didn’t just fall into place. It has been a journey of change.
As a small child I suffered first hand the impacts of living with an alcohol dependent father who died at the hands of the bottle when I was just 9 years old. I didn’t know it at the time but this was to have a huge influence on the way that I saw the world.
Growing through my teens and beyond, despite being academic and bright in my school work, my mental health and wellbeing was left in almost complete darkness. I had no idea who I was or how I was to survive in the world.
I left school with high grades but they were partnered with my own growing struggles with alcohol as my mental health continued to spiral out of control.
At 24 years old my life was at the jumping off point. In every way that society suggests, I had failed at life and I had absolutely no idea why. I felt completely alone.
You can change too..
Reaching the point of literal belief that there was no way out I was forced to look within and my life began to change.
Recognising the power of focusing my view inwards I began to realise the sense of freedom that came from self knowledge and found ways of discovering things about myself that could elevate my life at dramatic speeds.
Finding the charity Nacoa and becoming a helpline councillor there, I began to hone in on my purpose of helping others. I started sharing my experiences on a more public level and recognising the values in what I had found in myself.
Today I have discovered a freedom from within that has propelled me into alignment with my core values of helping other people discover their own powers with their own freedom from within.
I have found that when I spend time inwardly with myself, I can discover, utilise and harness strengths I didn’t even know I had. I absolutely know you can too and my mission is to help you and others discover your full potential and become the master of your own change, no matter where you find yourself in life.
