Are you someone suffers from anxiety, yet feel like you have no reason to? This bothered me about myself for so long. I couldn't understand why i was getting anxious in times when my life was all 'figured out'. The shame it made me feel was a killer. It would come on me and I would think 'Here we go again'. I felt weak and defective.
